Mason Jar Soup Mixes

Coconut Curry

Ingredients: Lentils, Spices, Vegetable broth powder (mineral salt, onion, potato starch, carrots, non-hydrogenated palm oil, red peppers, parsnips, garlic, spices).

Instructions: Mix with 4 cups of water and 14 oz. can of coconut milk. Simmer until lentils are tender, about 30 minutes.

Curried Lentil

Ingredients: Red lentils, Onion flakes, Coconut flakes, Spices, Garlic powder, Salt.

Instructions: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the soup mix. Stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Add 8 cups of broth or water. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, or until tender. Add water as necessary.

Five Bean

Ingredients: Pinto beans, Black beans, Great northern beans, Kidney beans, Green peas, Spices, Vegetable broth powder (mineral salt, onion, potato starch, carrots, non-hydrogenated palm oil, red peppers, parsnips, garlic, spices).

Instructions: Soak beans 6-8 hours. Drain and rinse. Then add spices, 5 cups of water and 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes. Simmer until tender, about 90 minutes. Add more water as necessary.

Italian Barley

Ingredients: Barley, Sun-dried tomatoes, Vegetable broth powder (mineral salt, onion, potato starch, carrots, non-hydrogenated palm oil, red peppers, parsnips, garlic, spices), Spices.

Instructions: Mix with 4 cups of water and 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes. Simmer till barley is tender, about 40 minutes, adding more water as necessary. Serve topped with parmesan

Lentil and Barley

Ingredients: Lentils, Barley, Vegetable broth powder (mineral salt, onion, potato starch, carrots, non-hydrogenated palm oil, red peppers, parsnips, garlic, spices), Spices, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.

Instructions: Saute an onion. Add contents of jar, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for about 45 minutes. Add water as necessary.

Lentil and Pasta

Ingredients: Lentils, Barley, Split peas, Pasta (wheat), Onion, Spices, Chicken broth powder (corn and potato starch, mineral salt, chicken natural flavoring, chicken meat powder, chicken fat, spices).

Instructions: Mix with 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for about 50 minutes. Add water as necessary.Salt and pepper to taste.

Mexican Bean

Ingredients: Black beans, Spices, Vegetable broth powder (mineral salt, onion, potato starch, carrots, non-hydrogenated palm oil, red peppers, parsnips, garlic, spices).

Instructions: Soak beans 6-8 hours. Drain and rinse. Then add spices, 6 cups of water. Simmer until tender, about 90 minutes. Add more water as necessary.

Moroccan Lentil

Ingredients: Red lentils, Onion flakes, Spices, Salt, Garlic powder, Black pepper.

Instructions: Mix with 7 cups of water. Simmer until tender, about 30 minutes, adding more water as necessary. Fresh kale, spinach, or other greens can be added during the last few minutes of cooking.

Split Pea

Ingredients: Split peas, Spices, Chicken broth powder (corn and potato starch, mineral salt, chicken natural flavoring, chicken meat powder, chicken fat, spices).

Instructions: Mix with 6 cups of water and simmer until tender, approximately 30 minutes. Add more water as necessary.
